Michelle Hami, FNP‑BC
Michelle was born and raised in Michigan. With a goal to become an advanced practice registered nurse, she started her nursing journey by receiving her bachelors in nursing from Oakland University. After receiving her bachelors, she went to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to receive her Masters in Nursing, becoming a family nurse practitioner. Michelle has a passion for helping those in need. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. Michelle is excited to focus on providing quality care, with hopes of transforming the healthcare field with each patient she encounters!
Casey D. Darrah, MD, MSBS
Casey D. Darrah, MD, MSBS is a board-certified general practice physician providing affirming, patient-centered primary care, with deep expertise in primary care across the lifespan and holistic primary care. After earning a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toledo in 2007, his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2012 and training in comprehensive outpatient practice, Dr. Darrah has combined clinical skill with a passion for building trust and partnership with every patient he serves.
Dr. Darrah’s approach is rooted in deep listening, treating the whole person, and tailoring evidence-based care to each individual’s needs and goals. He believes healthcare should be dignifying, accessible, and responsive, particularly for communities that have historically faced barriers within traditional medical settings.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Darrah teaches and mentors colleagues on creating affirming, inclusive environments in medicine and volunteers with national organizations dedicated to LGBTQ+ health education. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan State Medical Society, and is actively involved with GLMA and WPATH.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Darrah enjoys writing, exploring nature with his family, experimenting in the kitchen, and supporting his partner’s work in the community.
