Bethany is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of diverse experience in the nursing field. She began her career at Keiser University, where she earned her Associate of Science in Nursing and then went on to complete her Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of North Florida. Demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing her expertise, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of North Florida in 2024.

Throughout her career, Bethany has gained valuable experience in various specialty areas, including surgical services, interventional radiology, endoscopy, and emergency services. It was during her time caring for post-surgical patients that she developed a deep passion for managing chronic pain. She believes in the importance of exploring alternative methods to pain management, focusing on approaches that avoid reliance on pharmaceuticals or surgeries.

Her decision to join the NIVA Health team aligns perfectly with her values and professional goals. She is excited to offer compassionate, patient-centered, and high-quality care to her patients. When she’s not working, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, engaging in beach activities, and staying active with regular workouts.

Casey D. Darrah, MD, MSBS is a board-certified general practice physician providing affirming, patient-centered primary care, with deep expertise in primary care across the lifespan and holistic primary care. After earning a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toledo in 2007, his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2012 and training in comprehensive outpatient practice, Dr. Darrah has combined clinical skill with a passion for building trust and partnership with every patient he serves.

Dr. Darrah’s approach is rooted in deep listening, treating the whole person, and tailoring evidence-based care to each individual’s needs and goals. He believes healthcare should be dignifying, accessible, and responsive, particularly for communities that have historically faced barriers within traditional medical settings.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Darrah teaches and mentors colleagues on creating affirming, inclusive environments in medicine and volunteers with national organizations dedicated to LGBTQ+ health education. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Michigan State Medical Society, and is actively involved with GLMA and WPATH.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Darrah enjoys writing, exploring nature with his family, experimenting in the kitchen, and supporting his partner’s work in the community.  

Heather Farley brings 20 years of diverse nursing experience and a passion for holistic wellness to her role as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather’s extensive background in the healthcare industry provides her with a unique perspective on patient care, blending decades of frontline nursing expertise with advanced clinical training.

​Heather graduated with honors from Graceland University, a testament to her commitment to academic excellence and clinical rigor. Her two decades of experience have shaped her into a clinician who is not only technically proficient but deeply dedicated to the emotional and physical well-being of her patients.

​Specializing in family medicine, Heather is known for her ability to simplify complex health issues, empowering her patients to take an active role in their own wellness journeys. She is a steadfast advocate for evidence-based practice and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every individual she treats.

Michelle was born and raised in Michigan. With a goal to become an advanced practice registered nurse, she started her nursing journey by receiving her bachelors in nursing from Oakland University. After receiving her bachelors, she went to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to receive her Masters in Nursing, becoming a family nurse practitioner. Michelle has a passion for helping those in need. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. Michelle is excited to focus on providing quality care, with hopes of transforming the healthcare field with each patient she encounters!

Shannon has always had a desire to help others, logging over 100 volunteer hours at the Moffitt Cancer Center before starting her academic journey by earning an Associate of Science degree from Yuba College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Biological Conservation with a minor in Chemistry from California State University, Sacramento. During this time, she also began working in the medical field as a veterinary technician in Northern California before relocating to Oklahoma, where she owned a small horse farm and applied her veterinary expertise in reproductive care, including artificial insemination.

After the birth of her first of four children (later welcoming a fifth), Shannon transitioned into nursing. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Oklahoma State University–Oklahoma City, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma, and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Kaplan University (now Purdue Global), maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout her nursing education. Shannon spent the majority of her registered nursing career in the intensive care setting, serving critically ill patients across Oklahoma City and Central Florida. Her experience spans multiple ICU specialties, including cardiothoracic, neuro-trauma, surgical, medical, cardiovascular, neurovascular, and COVID intensive care units. She has served in leadership and advanced roles including Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Code Blue Team Leader, ER Stroke Nurse and Auditor/Angiography pilot program, House Resource Nurse, House Supervisor in both acute and rehabilitation settings, and CVICU Manager. She also contributed to nursing education as an adjunct clinical instructor and to occupational health, serving in a medical review role for BNSF Railroad/DOT and in an advanced medical fail review role for TSA examinations.

In addition, as a military spouse who volunteered as a 920th Rescue Wing Key Spouse during a medical evacuation operation overseas, Shannon played an integral role as a contract contributor and manager during the implementation of the initial civilian workforce addressing the VA Disability and Compensation exam backlog. In this role, she supported Veterans in navigating exam logistics while leading provider recruitment and training, providing real-time exam support, and assisted managing post-exam quality review across the United States, as well as internationally in Germany and Japan.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Shannon has provided primary care, in-home wellness evaluations, and home-based advanced wound care. She holds an International Life Coach Certification, is nearing completion of her certification in Functional Medicine, and is currently pursuing advanced training as a Certified Practitioner, Coach, and Therapist of Neuro Transformation.
Outside of her professional work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, gardening for both wellness and natural remedies, and coaching others in personal growth, self-awareness, and acquiring unity across mind, body, and spirit.

With this foundation, Shannon’s decision to join the NIVA Health team aligns with her commitment to regenerative medicine, with a focus on empowering individuals to explore nontraditional, root-cause approaches through natural and functional modalities. She is passionate about delivering empathetic, holistic, and individualized care, helping patients achieve meaningful and sustainable health outcomes.
Grounded in these values, Shannon is deeply committed to guiding individuals to reconnect with their body, restore internal balance, and create lasting, enhanced health through intentional whole-person care.

With 17 years of experience in healthcare, Clarinda has honed her expertise in various healthcare settings, including intensive care, endoscopy, men’s health, and home care. She received her BSN at the University of Detroit Mercy and her MSN at Walden University. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and her areas of specialization include hormone replacement therapy, weight loss management, anti-aging interventions, and vitamin supplementation. Clarinda’s unwavering commitment to patient education and providing exceptional care drives her professional endeavors. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new destinations and cherishing her family time. Her dedication to patient well-being remains unshakable, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care.

Dr. James Joseph is a board-certified family medicine physician who has specialized in regenerative medicine for more than 20 years. Dr. Joseph received his medical degree from Michigan State University in 1998 and then completed a fellowship in regenerative medicine. He has completed additional studies in stem cell harvesting, orthopedic application of stem cell therapy, and advanced aesthetics. He is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Dr. Neuman is a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and was in clinical practice for 40 years. She is originally from Illinois , and graduated  Summa Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University. She received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and continued on to receive her residency training in Jacksonville, Florida at what is now the University of Florida. She was one of the first physicians in the nation to develop a midwife laborist model of obstetrical care , which brought a private experience to low income families. She was also Assistant Professor at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine  and served as clinical faculty for the Orange Park Medical Residency Training Program in Orange Park , Florida and taught advanced surgical techniques to residents of the University of Florida. Currently, she brings her expertise to Wellness and Regenerative Medicine offering the  newest techniques and procedures to her clients, including hormone therapy and stem cell rejuvenation.

Dr. Phillip Ulyanovskiy is a distinguished Family Medicine trained physician with expertise in Hospitalist Medicine, Primary Care, Telemedicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine. With a passion for comprehensive patient care, Dr. Ulyanovskiy has dedicated his career to merging traditional medical practices with innovative approaches to optimize patient outcomes. 

After completing his medical degree, Dr. Ulyanovskiy pursued specialized training in Family Medicine, honing his skills in providing personalized care to individuals of all ages. His commitment to continuous learning led him to explore Hospitalist Medicine, where he thrives in the dynamic environment of acute care settings and intensive care, managing complex medical cases and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. 

Recognizing the importance of preventive medicine, Dr. Ulyanovskiy embraced Primary Care and Lifestyle Medicine, empowering his patients to take control of their health through lifestyle modifications and holistic interventions. He believes in the power of education and collaboration to promote long-term wellness and disease prevention. 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Ulyanovskiy is at the forefront of Regenerative Medicine, leveraging cutting-edge research and technology to explore regenerative medicine’s potential in treating a variety of medical conditions. He remains committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field to offer his patients the most innovative and effective treatment options available.
